To satisfy an increasing demand in the recruitment area, ATEST requested us to design and build an on-line web application to manage the large amount CV's submitted via their website.
After analyzing the current data process flow, we designed an improved schema that enabled ATEST to select from the considerable amount of CV's they are collecting on-line the perfect candidates for their custumers need. The process goes even further, by offering the right tools to store and manage the psychological tests results.
ATEST is now able to do faster evaluations and selections in a structured informations system, thus greatly improving the quality of their recruitment activity. A side effect was the increase of the www.atest.ro website popularity among both job seekers and companies searching for the right employee.
